Greetings-

Wondering if Advent might be a good fit for you?  Advent is a vibrant, growing faith community that is excited about following Jesus as an outpost of the United Methodist Church. As members, we don’t always agree on every issue but we believe we don’t all have to be the same or think the same in order to know and love God.   

We don’t pretend we have all the answers to your spiritual questions. We simply invite you to come with your questions, doubts, and wonderings and join us as we seek to experience God in authentic, honest ways that lead us into relationship with Jesus Christ.  We think there is more to Jesus than believing in him. Jesus said, “Follow me.” We serve those who are struggling in our community and in the world because Jesus loves all people. Every person matters to God and so Jesus healed the sick and included the outcasts. We try to do that too. 

I hope you are intrigued enough to be our guest any Sunday at 9:00 or 10:45 am.  Nursery care is offered throughout the morning and Faith Builders is offered for children of all ages. We promise to welcome you without pressuring you.   Just come as you are.
